Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WillyStone Crush Supply website and establish general terms applicable to inquiries, estimates, material orders, deliveries and site services.

Last Updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to WillyStone Crush Supply, its website and general business interactions. Project-specific estimates, invoices, purchase orders, proposals or written contracts may contain additional terms. If a written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the applicable signed or accepted written agreement will generally control with respect to that transaction.

Section 01

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using willystonecrushsupply.com, submitting an inquiry or quote request, or otherwise interacting with our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website.

Section 02

Website Information

Information presented on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

Product descriptions, photographs, service descriptions, material uses, availability, delivery information and other website content are intended to provide a general overview and may not represent the exact specifications of every order or project.

Website Content Is Not A Final Quote

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices, quantities, availability and project descriptions shown on this website do not constitute a binding estimate, contract or guarantee.

Section 03

Estimates, Quotes & Project Agreements

Requests submitted through our website are inquiries only and do not automatically create a contract or obligate WillyStone Crush Supply to perform services or deliver materials.

Final pricing, quantities, scheduling, scope of work, payment terms and project requirements may be provided through a separate estimate, proposal, invoice, order confirmation or contract.

Estimates may be subject to change when project conditions, quantities, access requirements, disposal requirements, material availability or other relevant conditions differ from the information originally provided.

Section 04

Materials & Product Variations

WillyStone Crush Supply provides bulk construction, landscaping and aggregate materials that may include products such as stone, sand, soil, base materials, recycled concrete and similar materials.

Because many materials are natural, recycled or aggregate products, reasonable variations may occur in:

  • Color and appearance.
  • Particle size and gradation.
  • Moisture content.
  • Texture and compaction characteristics.
  • Weight and volume.
  • Natural or batch-to-batch composition.

Photographs on the website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that delivered materials will be visually identical.

Material Selection

The customer is responsible for confirming that the material ordered is appropriate for the intended project, engineering requirement, code requirement or installation method unless WillyStone Crush Supply expressly agrees in writing to provide a specific professional recommendation.

Section 05

Material Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery may depend on material availability, scheduling, weather, traffic, equipment, job-site conditions and other circumstances.

Safe Delivery Location

The customer must provide a reasonably safe and accessible location for trucks and equipment.

The customer is responsible for identifying relevant site conditions, including:

  • Soft or unstable ground.
  • Underground utilities or septic systems.
  • Low overhead wires or structures.
  • Narrow entrances or restricted access.
  • Weight-restricted pavement, driveways or bridges.
  • Gates, landscaping or other property features.

Our driver may refuse to enter or unload in an area reasonably believed to be unsafe or likely to cause damage, injury or equipment problems.

Requested Dump Location

If the customer or an authorized representative requests that material be dumped in a particular location, the customer accepts responsibility for that location and confirms that they have authority to direct the delivery there.

Section 06

Excavation, Demolition & Site Services

Site services may include excavation, concrete demolition, land clearing, grading, trenching, hauling, site preparation and related work.

The exact scope of work for a project will be determined by the applicable estimate, proposal, work order or contract.

Unforeseen Conditions

Excavation and demolition can reveal conditions that were not reasonably visible before work began, such as buried structures, utilities, unsuitable soils, excessive concrete thickness, groundwater, hidden foundations, hazardous materials or other concealed conditions.

Additional work required because of unforeseen conditions may require a change in price, scope or schedule and may require customer authorization before continuation.

Section 07

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the requested materials or services and the property where work or delivery will occur.

Where applicable, the customer is responsible for:

  • Providing lawful access to the property.
  • Obtaining necessary owner approvals.
  • Identifying property boundaries.
  • Providing known utility information.
  • Securing permits when the applicable written agreement assigns permit responsibility to the customer.
  • Keeping people, pets and unnecessary vehicles away from active work areas.
  • Providing accurate project and delivery information.
Section 08

Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Pricing and payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, order confirmation, proposal or contract.

Depending on the transaction, WillyStone Crush Supply may require:

  • Advance payment.
  • Material deposits.
  • Progress payments.
  • Payment before delivery.
  • Final payment upon completion.

Applicable taxes, disposal charges, permit charges, delivery charges or other transaction-specific costs may be added where applicable and disclosed through project documents.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.

Section 09

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Changes to Orders or Scope

Changes requested after an order is confirmed or work begins may affect pricing, materials, equipment, labor requirements and schedule.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the order or project. Costs already incurred for materials, transportation, equipment, labor, disposal or other committed expenses may remain payable where permitted by law and provided by the applicable agreement.

Bulk Material Returns

Bulk materials that have been delivered, dumped, mixed, installed, contaminated or otherwise accepted may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Claims involving an incorrect material or quantity should be reported promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Section 10

Scheduling, Delays & Events Beyond Our Control

We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery and project dates, but schedules may change because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • Severe weather.
  • Traffic or road closures.
  • Equipment breakdown.
  • Supplier delays or material shortages.
  • Unsafe site conditions.
  • Government action or permit delays.
  • Utility conflicts.
  • Labor disruption.
  • Emergencies or other events outside reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, we will communicate material scheduling changes with the customer.

Section 11

Workmanship, Materials & Warranties

Any specific warranty applicable to a particular project, product or service will be described in the applicable written agreement, invoice, manufacturer documentation or warranty document.

Except to the extent expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law, website descriptions do not create additional warranties regarding a particular product, material or service.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WillyStone Crush Supply will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising solely from use of the website.

Liability associated with an actual material order, delivery or construction service will be governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Section 13

Property Damage & Site Conditions

Heavy trucks, trailers and construction equipment may place substantial loads on driveways, pavement, yards, underground systems and other surfaces.

Customers requesting equipment or delivery vehicles to enter private property should disclose known weak, damaged or unsuitable areas before entry.

Responsibility for property damage will depend on the circumstances, applicable written agreement and applicable law.

Section 14

Electronic Communications & Signatures

You may communicate with WillyStone Crush Supply electronically through website forms, email, text messages or other electronic methods.

Where the parties agree to transact electronically, electronic records, approvals and signatures may be used to document an agreement, authorization or transaction consistent with applicable law.

Submitting a website inquiry alone does not necessarily constitute acceptance of a final estimate or project agreement unless expressly stated.

Section 15

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, layouts and other original content is owned by or licensed to WillyStone Crush Supply and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially distributed without authorization except as permitted by law.

Section 16

Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as Google Maps, Google Reviews, social media platforms or payment and communication providers.

WillyStone Crush Supply is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third-party websites or platforms.

Section 17

Florida Construction & Lien Rights

Certain transactions involving the furnishing of materials, labor or services for improvements to real property may be subject to Florida's construction lien laws and related notice requirements.

Nothing in these website Terms is intended to waive any lien, payment, notice, defense or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived or that is preserved by an applicable written agreement or Florida law.

Project-Specific Documents Control

Construction projects may require notices, disclosures or contract language that depend on the scope and value of the particular project. Any such required provisions may be included in the applicable contract or project documentation rather than these general website Terms.

Section 18

Governing Law & Venue

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, legal proceedings concerning these website Terms may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Nassau County, Florida.

Section 19

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Section 20

Changes to These Terms

WillyStone Crush Supply may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
